Historical Note
|
The order was placed with Don K. Phillips by Master Sergeant Michael
Tsung, for an initial quantity of 250. The original idea behind the coin
was to allow Phillips to sell the coins to anyone who was interested in
purchasing. For that reason MSgt Tsung made them generic in design.
