is a rimmed circle with a design representing a United States Revolutionary War

The following is a quote:
I commanded TEAMS from Dec 13 1996- Jun 01 1999 when the colors were cased.
My 1St SGT and I designed the coin based on the USARSO/SOUTHCOM patch and
the TEAMS unit flag (designed by LTC Jim Spencer, the CDR of TEAMS from
Jun95-Dec96)... The initial order
was for 500 coins in bronze and 50 in silver. Each member of the command
cadre got a silver coin and 5 bronze coins, others were given to key
individuals who had supported or continued to support the organization
during it operation. My LT at the time, Charles Kyle help
design and track the order also.
