Reverse Design "GOOD FOR" curves along the top. Large "25¢" in the center. The cent sign is vertical. "IN TRADE" curves along the bottom. Circle of large beads close to the edge. Smooth plain raised edge.
Metal Brass. Weight 4.6 grams. Size and Shape Round, 26.0 mm in diameter.

Issuer Fort Amador, on the Pacific Ocean which opened in 1913 as Fort Grant, and was renamed for Panama's first President. Ex-President Amador died on May 2, 1909, just a few months after the end of his term in office. The Fort Grant name was then used to refer to the causeway and three fortified islands adjacent to Fort Amador.
